I learned something new yesterday. It happened while I was in HealthSmart.

Why I Blog

In January of 2010, my husband and I decided that we needed to get healthy. We purged our kitchen of all junk food, headed to the gym and never looked back. We each began blogs to chronicle our journey. We knew that if people were keeping up with what we were doing, we would be less likely to fall back into our old ways.
Now that being healthy is the norm for us, I continue to blog because I am constantly learning of new ways to be more healthy and environmentally friendly. As I learn, I then share with you. If you have anything to say about a topic I covered, please feel free to comment.
